I hate to write a bad review, but the management should know about this. Location is good because you are near the establishments but the carpet is really dirty and they do not clean your room everyday. We arrived jan 9 and we were informed that our room will be clean on jan 12 only, so before we went for a tour I even remind them to clean the room and change all the linens and when we came back from the tour we found out that they didnt change our bed sheet, pillow case and duvet or even vacuum the carpet.

Good location, not far from the MRT Station and a lot of nearby. The room was okay, have a window, a comfy bed, and a clean bathroom. Wifi in our room is very weak and also our mobile internet, maybe we are in blind spots. Totally this hotel was good an dwill book it again when my next trip tp taipei

Lite sleepers beware! Don’t expect a refund for checking into a noisy hotel!

If you are a lite sleeper avoid this hotel! Located on a noisy street, this hotel will make it hard to get a good nights rest. I had to check out after a couple of days and the hotel refused to refund me any of the remaining days. Missing shower curtains forced me to take a bath to prevent the floor from getting soaked. The cheap, stained carpet make this a hotel to avoid.

I love this hotel, it's near Ximending and there's a lot of convenience store nearby! it's affordable too, the only thing that needs to improve is the buffet staff, she asked for our hotel breakfast vouchers but they didn't ask the chinese people. As a south east asian, we felt discriminated because of that one staff who seems to be shouting at us while asking for the vouchers before letting us in, but that's the only thing that needs improvement, other than that, the other staffs at the breakfast buffet venue are nice like the receptionists... we will definitely book this hotel again when we go back to taiwan, it's affordable and the housekeeping is nice

Central and welcoming - a delight to stay here

The Green World Hotel was a delightful surprise. It is centrally locates and directly opposite markets and central enough to walk around the city sightseeing. There is a food outlet next door and a 7Eleven store. The room was beautiful and clean with TV and free wifi. Breakfast was included as well as many other possible options eg laundry facilities, small gym on our floor, computer room, meeting room and a welcoming breakfast room with friendly staff. The reception staff could not have been more helpful. We arrived early before room was ready and they said we could rest in the dining area. Within 5 minutes they came to us with keys and other information. We needed to print a page for our trip and this was done easily at reception at no additional charge. We left to catch a 3 am flight. They organised a taxi and had staff waiting for us at midnight to assist with our bags. I cannot speak more highly of this hotel and their staff. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone else to do the same. Thank You
